conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.
Subscription Model
- Access to Tej Data Pro is granted on a subscription basis only.
- Subscription tiers and pricing may be updated with prior notice.
- Upon expiration or cancellation of the subscription, all services will be suspended.
- A 20% yearly renewal fee will apply according to your base plan.
- An additional charge may apply depending on storage updates.
- Other charges may apply according to your specific needs and usage requirements.
Usage Restrictions
- The software must be used only for lawful purposes.
- Redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
- Tej Hospital Solution reserves the right to
monitor usage for compliance.
Intellectual Property
- All software elements, including code and features, remain the property of
Tej Hospital Solution.
- Clients receive a license to use the software, not ownership.
Liability
- Tej Hospital Solution is not liable for any
data loss, downtime, or misuse by the client.
2. Terms of Service
Service Overview
Tej Data Pro provides tools for business data
management, including modules for Employee Management, Leave Tracking, Salary
Management, Document Storage, and more.
Service Availability
- Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
- While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional downtime may occur for
maintenance.
Termination of Service
- Subscriptions may be terminated for non-payment or breach of terms.
- Upon termination, access to client data is restricted unless restored via a
renewed subscription.
Client Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Ensure lawful use of data and compliance with applicable regulations.
Amendments to Terms
- Tej Hospital Solution reserves the right to
modify terms with 30 days' notice to clients.
3. Privacy Policy
Data Collection
We collect and store data submitted by clients for business management purposes,
including employee data, payroll records, and inventory details.
Data Usage
- Data is used solely for providing the software services.
- We do not sell or share client data with third parties without consent.
Data Security
- We use industry-standard encryption to protect client data.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their
credentials.
Data Retention
- Data is retained during the subscription period.
- Upon termination, data is stored for 30 days before permanent deletion
unless otherwise requested.
4. Sales Contract
Parties
This agreement is between Tej Hospital Solution
(the "Provider") and the subscribing client (the "Client").
Scope of Services
- The Provider agrees to provide access to Tej Data
Pro as per the subscription tier selected by the Client.
- Any additional customizations or integrations may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due before the start of the subscription period.
- Late payments may result in suspension of service.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- The software is provided "as-is," with no warranties beyond functionality as
described.
- The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the
subscription.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice.
- Upon termination, the Provider will cease all services.
5. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.
- Clients may request refunds for payments made in error within 7 days of
payment.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to tejdatapro24@gmail.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Customization fees and one-time setup charges are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
- All refund-related disputes will be resolved through arbitration, as
detailed in the Sales Contract.
